The housekeeping was rather sloppy. while the bed was made and towels replaced, I found that the tissues in the bathroom were not restocked, which felt careless. the 'superior room' I booked turned out to be quite small, leaving me feeling cramped rather than relaxed during my stay.

my stay at the leonardo was fantastic! the location was perfect, just a short walk from ottensen s-bahn station, making it easy to explore hamburg. the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the friendly staff made my experience even better.
